ArtCraft Studio
ArtCraft Studio is an interior design and architecture practice with eight years in business and more than 150 completed projects. Most clients came through referrals, while the brand had almost no online presence.
The challenge
What needed to change
Build the brand’s digital presence from scratch in three months: define the positioning and visual concept, then create a multi-platform system that generates enquiries instead of existing for show.
The work
What I did
- 01Rebuilt the positioning and visual concept around a warm palette of beige, ochre, and green.
- 02Packaged the accounts and built a content system across Instagram, Pinterest, VK, YouTube, and Telegram.
- 03Turned every project into a story—starting point → solution → outcome—instead of a standard gallery, producing 20 case-study posts.
- 04Launched VK paid media with a monthly budget of ₽40,000, totaling ₽120,000 over three months.
- 05Redesigned enquiry handling and reduced the average response time to 3–4 hours.
Outcomes
The results
Growth by platform
| Platform | Change |
|---|---|
| 340 → 5,600 followers; engagement 1–2% → 8–12% | |
| 120 pins; website traffic 0 → 1,200 visits/month | |
| VK | 0 → 1,600 followers; engagement 8–12% |
| YouTube | 8 videos, 8,000+ views, 250 subscribers |
| Telegram | 0 → 700 subscribers |
Of 900 enquiries, 45 became new clients. As the system matured, monthly conversion rose from 1.3% to 8.1%.
Estimated signed-contract revenue reached ₽15.75 million, with an average engagement of approximately ₽350,000 and a range of ₽100,000–₽1.2 million. Against ₽225,000 invested in marketing, the revenue-to-investment ratio was about 70× and ROMI approximately 6,900%.
ROMI is shown before cost of delivery, taxes, and operating expenses. It represents marketing return, not net profit.
